The house is situated in the heart of Villajoyosa's old town and is fully restored/renovated. The Norwegian owner has managed to keep the old atmosphere of the house at the same time as it’s modernized. It is a small, but cozy apartment with 1 and a half bedroom, living room with a balcony and French doors, kitchen with dining place and bathroom with shower. It has wooden floors, the bathroom is beautifully tiled and the shower has a nice "stony" floor. The master bedroom has a resting area with beautiful view towards the river bed and the sea.The front of the house has just been reformed and painted in a beautiful green color. The entrance has 13 steps from the street. Close to everything you need for a great holiday and only 3 minutes from the beach.
