- Utility Bills - Recent receipts for electricity, water and gas
- Community of Owners Certificate ( Contact details of Administrator - community fees )
- Bill of Telephone land line in the house
- Bill of Alarm system in the house
- Insurance Certificate
- Licensing or Legal Use Documents ( Special tourist – rental permits )
- Bank account for the deposit ( Iban + Swift Code, Address of the bank, account holder )
- Address from the seller of residence
