Description
Located in Orihuela Costa, on the eastern coastline of the Mediterranean Sea and the southernmost quarter of Alicante province just 8km south of the port of Torrevieja. It is one of the most sought-after areas for property purchases on the Costa Blanca. Its combination of stunning beaches, excellent infrastructure, and international atmosphere makes it an ideal choice for both permanent residents and real estate investors.
Bordered by Playa Flamenca to the north, the beach district of Cabo Roig to the south, and Villamartin inland to the west. It is the central heart of Orihuela Costa and is part of a string of connecting residential communities that run south from Torrevieja which include Punta Prima, Playa Flamenca, Cabo Roig, Dehesa de Campoamor and Mil Palmeras with an amazing scenic coastal walking path.
The main beach is Playa Zenia, a blue flag beach recognized for its excellent services and cleanliness. Nearby, Cala Bosque and Cala Cerrada beaches also draw crowds. These beaches offer a range of “Chiringuitos” ( beachside bars) and restaurants, water sports facilities, and vibrant social scenes.
La Zenia has a population of around 6,000 people, of which most of them from Northern Europe. It is well-equipped with a range of amenities, a plethora of international bars, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies and supermarkets catering to year-round residents. Alicante and Corvera Murcia International airports are only 45 minutes’ drive away.

Located in La Zenia it has direct access to the AP-7 motorway and the N-332 road that connects Alicante and Murcia.
